The Catholic Community Foundation is pleased to announce a new online system designed to better align with our highest priority: Supporting you on your philanthropic journey. We are excited to debut our new “Fund Advisor Portal”, which offers a more efficient and intuitive platform for your grant-making and fund management.

The new portal went live on June 13, 2022. On that date, authorized contacts for funds of the Catholic Community Foundation of San Diego received an e-mail with instructions on how to create a custom password. If you are an authorized fund contact and did not receive that email, please check your spam or junk e-mail folder. Please delete this automated email once you have successfully completed this process. The link contained in the email should only be used once, for establishing your initial password.

Getting Started

Our staff has worked diligently to migrate our database and is excited about its ease-of-use and functionality, but we know that any change can be challenging to navigate. As you explore the portal, we anticipate that you may still have questions or need assistance, and we are here for you. To better serve you and to provide the latest information, we have developed a quick-reference guide and additional resources, which can be found below, to support your use of the “Fund Advisor Portal” Login.

Important Steps

Establish Your Password: You will receive an email from sender no-reply@fcsuite.com, with “The Catholic Community Foundation of San Diego” referenced in the email’s subject line. Follow the instructions to create a password for your account. Take note of your username (which is your email address) and password as you complete this process.

Access the Portal: To access the portal at any time, simply go to www.ccfsd.org and click “Fund Advisor Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password, and then select the fund you’d like to review.

Take a Look Around The main screen provides an at-a-glance summary of the fund. You will also see the current spendable balance, updated in real-time, an overview of grants and contributions, and the current fund advisors will be indicated just below the balance. Note that each person listed as a Fund Advisor will have similar access to the Advisor Portal.

Use the Portal: Log in to check the balance of your fund, recommend a grant, track contributions and disbursements made from your fund, and access fund statements.

Troubleshooting

If you need to change your password, please visit the login page and click the “forgot password” link. The system will walk you through the rest. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our team at 858.397.9700, or email info@ccfsd.org. While our staff can assist you in resetting your password, please understand we do not have access to user passwords and cannot look them up for you. However, we’d be happy to reset it for you.

Fund statements are posted on a quarterly basis and will be available approximately the 20th of the following month. You will be notified via email when your statement is ready to be viewed in the Donor Portal. If you are not receiving these notification emails, please contact our team at 858.397.9700, or email info@ccfsd.org.

Fund statements and gift receipts generated prior to June 2022 were unable to migrate to this new system. Please contact us if you need access to these and we would be more than happy to send them to you.

Generally, recommendations are processed within five to seven business days. Can I setup recurring grants? Yes, in the grant request process you will find a check box titled “Recurring”. If you select that box, the system will ask you a series of questions to setup the recurring grant details.

Yes, grant recommendations may also be submitted through email. Please email info@ccfsd.org with your grant recommendation. Please include the fund name, grant amount, grant purpose, and any additional instructions. A member of our team will respond with a confirmation of the recommendation.

Your most recent grants paid will be listed on your Portal homepage. Or you may click on the Grant Request tab and on the right side of this page, you will see your recent grant requests with their status.

Please rest assured that we have set your family funds to “private” and will not show up on the public donation portal. However, the system will allow you, the fund advisor, to donate to your own fund through the system if you so choose.
